Role Summary

This is a varied, fast-paced role that combines customer care, order dispatch, and office support. You’ll make sure every Koru Nutrition customer receives friendly, accurate service—from the moment their order comes in to the time it leaves our door.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety—moving between admin, packing orders, and chatting with customers—and who wants to be part of a values-led team making a real difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Care
- Provide warm, professional responses to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Support customers with online orders, subscriptions, and delivery tracking.
- Manage product returns, replacements, and refunds in line with company policies.
- Keep accurate records of orders and communications, maintaining Koru’s friendly, customer-first reputation.
Order Dispatch
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery with accuracy and care.
- Check packaging quality and ensure details match before dispatch.
- Maintain up-to-date stock and courier records.
- Flag any delivery delays or stock issues to the Office Manager.
Office Support
- Assist the Office Manager with general admin, data entry, and filing.
- Keep the office environment tidy, stocked, and organised.
- Help manage supplies, product inventory, and basic reports as needed.
- Jump in to support other team members when required.

Role Summary

As a Production Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our growing manufacturing operation, supporting the creation of both topical creams and supplement capsules. You’ll work alongside our production team to keep things running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, ensuring every batch meets our high standards.

What You’ll Do

Assist Manufacturing: Operate and monitor a variety of cream-filling machines, encapsulators, mixers, scales, bottling and labelling machinery.
Weigh & Measure: Accurately weigh raw materials and ingredients, following batch sheets and standard operating procedures.
Production Line Sanitation: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitisation of all equipment, workstations, and common areas between and during production runs to comply with quality controls and Health & Safety standards.
Quality & Safety: Conduct regular machine checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and carry out routine maintenance to meet compliance requirements.
Inventory & Inwards Goods: Receive, unpack, and store incoming stock; maintain accurate inventory records; report shortages or discrepancies.
Facility & Workspace Upkeep: Assist in keeping production, warehouse, office, and communal areas clean, organised, and fully compliant with hygiene and safety protocols.
