We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to grow our retail presence across the Upper North Island, helping us bring our products to more people as we continue to expand.
Role Summary
This is a results-oriented role for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across Auckland, Northland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty - strengthening existing retail partnerships, securing new ones, and ensuring Koru Nutrition is well-represented on shelves across the region. If you're a natural communicator with a strategic mindset and a passion for getting out there and making things happen, this could be your perfect fit.
What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales volume across the region while maintaining healthy margins.

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail accounts, becoming their trusted point of contact.

Expand Distribution: Identify and secure new retail partnerships to grow our store presence across the Upper North Island.

Think Strategically & Track Performance: Contribute to the company's broader business strategy, monitor sales performance, and adjust your approach to meet targets.

Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and ensure a joined-up approach to growth.

What You'll Bring

Experience in sales account management, ideally within FMCG, pharmaceutical, beauty, or related industries.

A strong understanding of retail channels and how to grow presence within them.

Confidence with CRM tools and using data to inform your approach.

A clean, full driver's licence (essential - this role involves regular travel across the region) and proficiency with common office software.
