About Koru Nutrition
We're Koru Nutrition. We make natural health supplements and topical creams for active over-50s, and we look after a couple of sister brands too. We talk to our customers every week through emails, social media, newspapers and video.

Role Summary
You'll report to our Creative Director and help get every email, post and ad out on time and right. Most of the job is the checking, scheduling and chasing behind our marketing. If a price is wrong in an email, every customer on the list sees it. If you make content too, there's room to grow into that once you've got the weekly work under control.

You don't need marketing experience or a long work history. What we can't teach is a good eye and the drive to finish what you start.

What the Job Actually Looks Like

• Getting our weekly emails, social posts and newspaper ads ready to go: checking the words, prices and images, then scheduling them

• Spotting mistakes and fixing them before a customer ever sees them

• Keeping the marketing calendar a week ahead, so nothing goes out late

• Helping our pharmacy and retail team with the posters and images they need

• Setting up our sales and promotions: emails, banners and landing pages

Who We're After

• Someone with a good eye. You can tell when an email or post isn't quite there, and you know how to make it better.

• A finisher. Loose ends bother you, and you like ticking things off.

• Organised. You like a checklist and you keep to deadlines.

• Creative. You've got ideas and you'd enjoy putting them to use.

• Helpful. When the retail team needs a poster by Friday, you make sure they get it.

• Someone who shares our values: integrity, humility, gratitude and excellence

The Essentials

• The right to live and work in New Zealand

• Comfortable on a computer and happy to learn new tools

Nice to Have

• Any time with Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo or social media scheduling tools

• Basic design skills: resizing, converting and tidying up images

• Some time in retail, health or a busy office

• A marketing, communications or business qualification, or you're working on one

• Your own Reels or TikToks
